Terms of Use and Sale
These terms cover your use of b2blcc.com and anything you buy on it: digital guides, courses and memberships. Last updated 5 November 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
B2B Lead Connect Consulting (B2BLCC), run by Samuel Ilelaboye, London, United Kingdom. Contact: sam@b2blcc.com.
2. Using the site
The content on b2blcc.com (text, designs, code samples, videos and guides) belongs to B2BLCC unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy whole pages, guides or videos, resell them, or use them to train a commercial product without written permission.
Free guides are for your own use. You may share the download page link; please do not redistribute the files themselves.
3. Buying digital guides, courses and memberships
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay; there are no delivery or booking fees.
- Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Your order is accepted when the payment succeeds and you receive the download link or account access.
- Access to a course or membership is for one person. Do not share your login.
- Memberships that renew will show the renewal price and period before you pay, and you can cancel from your account or by email before the next renewal.
4. Cancellations and refunds (digital content)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends as soon as the download or streaming begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. By completing a purchase on this site you give that agreement, and the guide or course is delivered straight away.
That is the legal position; in practice we would rather you were happy. If a guide or course is not what its page described, or a file is faulty, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. If you bought a course and have not completed more than its first module, ask and we will usually refund.
5. Consultancy and build work
Website builds, course platforms, AI systems and other services are sold under a written, fixed-scope proposal agreed before any work starts. That proposal, not these terms, governs the engagement: scope, timeline, price, payment stages and ownership of what is delivered (which, as a rule, is yours in full).
6. What we are responsible for
Guides, videos and courses are general information drawn from our experience. They are not legal, financial or professional advice for your situation, and results depend on how you apply them. We keep the site available and secure with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability to you for any purchase on this site is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend an account used to abuse the community, share paid content, or break these terms, after giving you a chance to explain.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie statement.
9. Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and purchases are governed by the version in force when you bought. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. Nothing here removes the consumer rights you have under UK law.
